Terms and Conditions Policy

Policy of product shipping & delivery and warranty

  • The company will only ship the product after the payment is verified already.
  • The company will ship the product to the customer within 3-5 business days via Thailand Post. Every product has an insurance to insure the safety and reception of the product.
  • If a product is required a reproduction, the company will produce and inspect your product and ship it to you not over 14 business days.
  • The customer can check the delivery status from the order history menu. A member can log in to the system with his/her mobile phone number as used for registration. If the customer makes an anonymous purchase, he/she can manage a new registration with the phone number used for the anonymous purchase to check the shipping and delivery status and receive other privileges later.

 

Shipping & Delivery Method

  • Currently, the company ships products via EMS of Thailand Post only.

 

Terms of product shipping and delivery

  • The company reserves the right to delay the shipping and delivery not exceed 3 business days and will inform the customer about the delay.
  • All products shipped via Thailand Post have an insurance. For safety reasons, please strictly follow the terms of NGG product reception.
  • If the product is returned to the company due to errors from given information by the customer, the customer must pay for a new shipping together with a product insurance. The company will contact the customer at registered phone number.

 

Terms of product reception

  • The customer must record one VDO clip before unpacking the product including an unopened box, during the unpacking and a picture of the product to make sure that the product is damanged during transportation.
  • If the customer opens a box without recording any VDO clip and the product is damaged, the company will not be responsible for any cases. If you have further questions, please contact our LINE official at @nggjewellery.
  • If the product has any defects, please contact LINE official at @nggjewellery within 3 business days. The company will resolve the incurred problem immediately.
