Are the gold prices on your web site the standard prices?

The gold prices on our web site are based on the prices of Thailand Gold Traders Association. Aside from the gold prices, we will charge for labor or additional service fees which vary by items. The fees are charged according to the standard pricing of gold products sold in the market. How many products can I buy at a time?

How safe is your jewellry and gold shipping?

All of our products are shipped via a special system of Thailand Post with a very special care. Every product has a insurance to protect loss or switch of products during shipping. You must record a VDO clip as an evidence and protect your own interest in case that the product you received is incorrect or damaged from transportation. We reserve the right to take no responsibiity if you do not have any VDO clip of unpacking the product as an evidence in case of claming the product. To protect your own interest, you must record a VDO clip every time you open the box.

How many days will the product be shipped and delivered to me?

Normally, after ordering the product, we will ship the product within 7-14 business days. If I already made a purchase from NGG, can I change the method of payment?

If I am not satisfied with the product, can I return it to NGG and receive a refund?

You can return the product within 7 days after originally receiving the product. The product must be returned in a good condition and never been used together with the package.

Can I exchange a product if it has defects?

Send us a VDO clip of unpacking the product box together with an order document. We will process and contact you back within 24 hours after receiving your request. If there is no VDO clip during unpacking the product box, the company reserves the right to take no responsibility. To protect your own interest, you must record a VDO clip every time you open the box.
